GREEN, Larry Douglas.
Passed away at St Joseph's Health Care Centre, Guelph on Thursday. May 31. 2018. at the age of 71 years. Beloved husband of Diane Green (nee Seeley). Sadly missed by step children Michael Crane and Lori Crane and by 3 step grandchildren. Loving brother of Jim (Dotty) of Toronto, ON, Ron(Kim) of Vancouver. B.C., Bonnie Green of Campbell River B.C., Janice Mclnroy (Lloyd) of Bobcaygeon, ON Judy Olacke (Mark) of Spring Bay. ON and David (Violet) of Merville. B.C. Predeceased by his parents Douglas and Edna Green. Larry was a well respected member of The International Union of Operating Engineers. He worked on pipelines across Canada for about 50 year.
Friends & family will miss Larry's laughter, attention to detail and early morning energy. He was dedicated to his family & friends with his energy and was always ready to offer a helping hand. Larry volunteered at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital for years using it as an opportunity to stay connected with people and to get his daily walk in.
Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street N , Cambridge on Sunday, June 3. 2018 from 12:30pm - 2pm. Funeral Service will be held from the chapel of the funeral home on Sunday at 2prn. Private interment.
