    • MISS ADA CLEMENS.

Miss Ada Clemens, sister of Rev. J. H. Clemens, pastor of the First M. E. church of this city, died at her home in Cleveland late Friday of typhoid fever. She was about 21 years of age. She was the daughter of Mrs. Mary Clemens and is survived by her mother, two sisters and six brothers. Her father is dead. The funeral was held at 2:30 this afternoon from the home of her mother in Cleveland. Rev. Clemens is in attendance.

Despite the fact that his heart was heavy, having known of death of his sister for two days, Rev. Clemens filled the pulpit at both morning and evening services at the First M. E. church yesterday. In the evening he preached to the Knights Templar. No reference was made from the pulpit of his bereavement.
