  Doberthein, Herbert - On Monday, Nov. 2, 1987, at K-W Hospital, of 43 Margaret Ave., Kitchener, aged 86 years. Mr. Doberthein was a member of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Kitchener and a retired employee of John A. Lang & Sons Leather Company. Dear husband of the former Lora Margaret Hammone, loving father of Ann and her husband William Moore of Ottawa, Lorne Doberthein and his wife June of Acton. Sadly missed by grandchildren, Jennifer Moore of Ottawa, Catherine Moore of Toronto, Lisa Doberthein of Nelson, B.C. and Leann Doberthein of Acton. Friends in Clearwater, Fla., where he and Lora spent the last 16 winters, will also mourn his loss. Predeceased by two sisters, Silva Penfold and Elizabeth Blinco. Mr. Doberthein's family will receive friends at the Edward R. Good funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, 2-4 and 7-9 pm, today and 9: 30 to 11am on Wednesday morning. At noon on Wednesday, Nov. 4, transfer will be made to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Kitchener, for funeral service at 2 pm, Rev. Grant MacDonald officiating. Interment Memory Gardens, Breslau.
