- SEEGMILLER, Frederick "Fred" Peacefully, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Tuesday, May 27, 2014, a longtime resident of Ayr, in his 91st year. Beloved husband to June (nee Rutherford); loved father to Betty Jacobs (Ted); cherished grandpa to Christine Jacobs; dear brother-in-law to Millie Seegmiller. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a son at birth, his parents, William and Edith, brothers; Ezra, George, Leonard and Clare and sisters; Catherine Kitching and Hilda Seegmiller. Friends may call at Ayr Chapel, Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 183 Northumberland St., Ayr, Ontario on Friday, May 30, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday at 1: 00 p.m. Interment Ayr Cemetery.
