He was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Gottfried Priebe. Surviving are one son, Harry of Mannheim; one stepson, Robert Wilson of Fort William; two grandsons. His wife, the former Katharine Plant, predeceased him in 1934. The body is resting at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, where the funeral will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. Rev. E. E.
