    • FORLER, Richard 0. (Dick) - At the Wellesley General Hospital, Toronto, on Thursday, March 6, 1980, suddenly as the result of a. heart attack, Richard Oliver Forler, of 85 Stoneybrook Drive, Kitchener, aged 49 years. A member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church. Executive vice-president and managing director of H. L. Staebler Insur-ance Co. Ltd.; was a past member of the Council of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church; past alderman of the City of Kitchener; was on the water commission for many years; on the board of directors of Inter-faith Pastoral Counselling. A director of the Conestogo Rotary Club; past-president of the Wa-terloo County Shrine Club, a member of the Twin City Mason-ic Lodge; past-president of the Twin City Kiwanis Club. He was a member of the Y's Men's Club of the K-W YMCA. A member of Westmount Golf and Country Club; a committee member of the K-W Symphony. Husband of the former Lily Schroeder; son of Mrs. Dorothy Forler of Kitchener; father of Jeffrey, Michael and Peter, all at home; brother of Arthur and Brian, both of Kitchener, Mrs. William (Betty) Fowler of Dundas. Predeceased by his father, Austin, in 1963. After noon on Friday, friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621. King St. W., Kitchener, until noon on Satur-day, when removal will be made to St. Matthew's Lutheran Church where the funeral will be held at 2 p.m., Pastor Fred Zinck officiating. Interment will be in Memory Gardens cemetery.
