- Harold H. Schaefer - Harold H. Schaefer, 53, of 105 Church St., died today at St. Mary's Hospital following a lengthy illness. Born May 20, 1908, in Kitchener, he was employed as a records clerk by Campbell Containers until recently. He was a member of St. Andrew's Anglican Church. A son of the late Conrad Schaefer and Emilie Guenzler, he is survived by his wife, the former Florence Train, whom he married here in 1955; one brother, Homer of Kitchener; and three sisters, Mrs. A. (Meta) Hudson, of Kincardine, Mrs. W. (Elsie) Brezina, Dearborn, Mich., and Stella, Kitchener. He was predeceased by one sister. The body is resting at the Schreiter Sandrock Funeral Home where friends are asked to pay their respects prior to the time of service. The funeral service will be private. It will be conducted by Rev. C. Ladds at the funeral home at 2 pm Wednesday. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society will be accepted as an expression of sympathy.
