- SWARTZENTRUBER, Selma "Sally" Marie (nee Doehn) - Surrounded by her loving family, passed away peacefully to be with her Lord, on Friday, June 13, 2008, at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Stanley Swartzentruber (2007). Survived by her cherished sisters, Frieda Hallman, Edna Filsinger, and Pearl Kuepfer. Sister-in-law of Glennis Doehn, Andrew Kuepfer, Ken Wagler and Mildred Schwartzentruber. Will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Louis and Augusta Doehn; parents-in-law, Peter and Katie Schwartzentruber; sister, Viola Filsinger; brothers, Wesley Doehn, Albert Doehn; sisters-in-law, Alice Wagler, Beatrice Doehn; brothers-in-law, Erlis Schwartzentruber, Andrew Filsinger, Gerald Gingrich, Elverne Hallman, and Harry Filsinger. "Aunt Sally" will always be remembered for her lovely meals and hospitality. Selma and Stan enjoyed spending quality time working on their flower gardens during their retirement years. Selma's family will receive relatives and friends at the Henry Walser Funeral Home , 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467, on Tuesday, June 17, 2008 from 1-1: 45 p.m. followed by a funeral service in the chapel at 2 p.m. The Rev. J.D. Kellough officiating. Interment Memory Gardens Cemetery.
