Martin, in his 80th year, of RR2, Wallenstein.Beloved husband of Elvina (Gingrich) Martin; father of Orlan and Ella Martin of RR2, Drayton, Annie and Lorne Burkhart of RR1, Wallenstein, Orvie and Eileen Martin of RR2, Wallenstein, Ernie and Sharon Martin of RR2, Alma, Eileen and Albert Frey of RR1, Palmerston, Melvin and Shirley Martin of RR2, Wallenstein, and Wilma and Wayne Brubacher of RR1, Wallenstein. Also survived by 45 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Brother of Wilfred and Vera Martin of RR2, Alma, also survived by two step-sisters, Selinda and Jeremiah Martin and Sarah Brubacher and one step-sister-in-law Saloma Reist.Predeceased by his parents, Addison (1929) and Hannah Martin (1980); step-father, Israel Bearinger (1956); one daughter Mary in infancy, one brother in infancy and four step-sisters.Friends may call at his home, RR2, Wallenstein (today) Wednesday 2-8 p.m. and Thursday 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. where funeral service will be held on Friday morning, November 19, 2004 at 9 a.m. then to the Olivet Mennonite Meeting House for further service and burial in the adjoining cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira.
