  WAMBOLD, Sophie (Zabarylo) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sophie Wambold on September 8, 2015, at Pinehaven Nursing Home in Waterloo, Ontario, after 93 years of a life richly lived. Beloved wife of the late Harry Wambold, "Mom" to Randy Klawitter (Denise) and Karen (Klawitter) Helwig (Bud), "Nana" to the late Cindy Selnes, Sherri Helwig (Kevin Quinn) and Taggart Quinn, and "Gram" and "Great Gram" to Bradley Klawitter (Merna Wooley), Stacey Klawitter (Daryl Sherman), and Alexander and Madison Sherman. Many thanks to the wonderful staff at Pinehaven for their kindness and care. At her request, cremation has taken place, and there will be no visitation or funeral; a private celebration of her life will be held. In keeping with her love of animals and her last request that we honour her by "doing good deeds", donations in Sophie's memory to the Kitchener Humane Society at www.kwhumane.com would be appreciated.
