- ALBRECHT, Veronica - Passed away, on Saturday, December 4, 2004, at her residence, RR I Newton.
She was born 96 years ago in Wellesley Township and was the daughter of the late Jacob and Lydia (Brenneman) Wagler. She was a member of Morningview Amish Mennonite Church, RR 1 Newton. Beloved wife of the late Daniel R. Albrecht, who predeceased her June I, 1989. Dear mother of Sarah and husband Sam K. Kuepfer, Esther and husband Ken Kuepfer, all of RR I Newton and Kathleen and husband John R. Kuepfer of RR 1 Atwood. Also missed by her son-in.law, Harold Kuepfer of RR 1 Newton; 24 grand-children; 94 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Veronica was predeceased by her daughters, Muriel and husband Aaron S. Kuepfer, Almeda Kuepfer, three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sisters, Olive and husband Joe Schmidt, Lydia and husband Nick Schmidt, Dorothy and husband Sam Steckly; brothers, Dan and wife Elizabeth Wagler, Solomon and wife Fanny Wagler, Jonas and wife Laura Wagler.
Family and friends may call the home of her daughter, Esther and Ken Kuepfer (Road 136, No. 6824) RR 1 Newton, on Sunday from 7-9 and today (Monday) 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A family service will take place on Tuesday, December 7, 2004, at the home, at noon, followed by the funeral service at 1 p.m. at Morningview Amish Mennonite Church with Bishop Ken Kuepfer officiating. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.
