WEST MONTROSE, Jan. 9.-Following a lingering illness, Joel Weber, a wellknown blacksmith in this village, died at his family residence yesterday afternoon. He was 86 years of age and was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Weber, A bachelor, Mr. Weber is survived by three sisters, Mary of West Montrose, Mrs. William Rogers of Galt and Mrs. John Sherrer in Michigan.
The funeral will be held at the family residence at 10a.m. Sunday Interment will be in the West Montrose United Cemetery.
