  ARTHUR T. ROGERS One of the areas's oldest residents and occupants in the Eventide Home here, Arthur Rogers died this Wednesday, July 2nd, in his 94th year. Born in Kitchener (then Berlin), Mr. Rogers had lived most of his life in Cambridge (Galt). He was a longtime employee of the Getty and Scott Shoe Company, retiring 23 years ago. He was also the custodian at Wesley United Church here for a number of years. Mr. Rogers was a member of Wesley Church where he served as an elder. His wife, the former Laura Herbert, predeceased him in 1944. He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. W. E. (Hazel) Jackson and Marvel Rogers, both of the Cambridge area, also by several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Little and Son Funeral Home, 39 Grand Ave. N., from this evening. Funeral and committal services are scheduled at the funeral home at 2 p.m., Friday, July 4. Interment will be in Mount View Cemetery. Cambridge Reporter 1975
