  Vulcan funeral home - obit excerpts Groves, Annetta Elnora "Netta", passed away at the Vulcan general hospital November 20, 1992 at the age of 85 years. Annetta was born in Elmira, Ontario January 24, 1907 and came to champion in 1916. She married Maxwell groves in 1929 they have continued to live there until their passing. A beloved mother of a daughter, two sons all of champion, eleven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, a brother Wilfred (Alice) of Lethbridge, five sisters Eileen (Clarence) Greene, Anna (Lorne) Maisey, Lucy Malmberg, all of high river, Dorothy Strang and Laura Gorrell of Calgary, and numerous nieces and nephews. Annetta was predeceased by her husband Maxwell, an infant son, two brothers, a sister and her parents.
