  Wedding Bells A very happy gathering assembled at the residence of A. McAuslan, Esq., in this town, on Wednesday afternoon last, the occasion being the marriage of his sister-in-law, Miss Isa V. Robson - youngest daughter of the late Robert Robson - to Mr. R. C. Brown, Deputy Registrar of Portage la Prairie, Man. The ceremony was performed by Rev. J. K. Smith, and was witnessed by a number of the intimate friends of the family. The young couple afterward left by C.P.R. train for the east, to visit Mr. Brown's relatives at Peterboro' and other points, and will return to Galt previous to their departure for their home in Portage. Miss Robson has always been a great favorite of Galt, and the many and costly presents she received bear testimony to the esteem in which she is held. Galt Reporter Sep 11 1885 pg 1
