Notes |
- Cherry House to face demolition
It isn't pretty, but a compromise was reached to alleviate the truck traffic in front of P&H Milling Group Flour Mill and allow for further expansion of King Street.
By allowing the demolition of the Cherry House, built by mill owner Samuel Cherry in the 1900s, the company will not only eliminate the shunting of large tractor trailers in front of the mill, but also save two other heritage homes across King Street.1a
