  MARTIN, Norene (Mrs. Mahlon M.) - Peacefully went home to be with her Lord on Monday, April 14, 2008 at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital. Norene Martin, in her 73rd year, of Elmira. Beloved wife of Mahlon M. Martin for 50 years. Loving and devoted mother of Sharon and Willard Martin of St. Marys, Ron and Wendy Martin of Hickory, North Carolina. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren, Krista and Darryl Morlock, Kerry-Anne, Tiffany and Julianna Martin, Andrew, Amelia, Victoria and Bradley Martin. Sister of Audrey Bauman of Elmira, Gerald and Jean Bauman of New Hamburg. Predeceased by her parents, Emmerson and Luida Bauman. The family will receive their friends and relatives at the Floradale Mennonite Church on Thursday, April 17, 2008 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. A memorial service for family and friends will be held at the Floradale Mennonite Church on Friday, April 18, 2008 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Fred Redekop officiating. The casket will remain open in the church until 1: 45 p.m. Interment in the Floradale Mennonite Cemetery. In her memory, donations to the Regional Cancer Centre or the Mennonite Central Committee would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy.
