- Jury Holds Railway Responsible
The jury empanelled to inquire into the death of Adelaide Seibert, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Seibert of Kitchener, who was killed at Cottam Crossing, on Sept. 2nd when the car in which she was riding was struck by a Windsor, Essex and Lake Shore electric car, has exonerated J. Wilfrid Mistele, driver of the automobile. The jury held the railway responsible for the accident.

Funeral of Miss Seibert
Many friends attended the funeral of the late Miss Adelaide Lillian Seibert, at Kitchener on Friday, who met death in a motor accident near Windsor, Sept 2, She was a member of the Zion Evangelical church choir and Young People's society. Deceased is survived by her parents, two brother and two sisters

ADELAIDE SEIBERT OF KITCHENER, KILLED IN MOTOR ACCIDENT
Friends in Kitchener were shocked to learn of the fatal accident which resulted in the death of Adelaide Seibert. seventeen year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Seibert, Kitchener, when the motor car in which she was riding was struck by an interurban car about 1:30 o'clock on Tuesday morning. near Cottam, about twenty miles from Windsor.
Early Monday evening Miss Seibert left Kitchener in company with Mr. and Mrs. J. Wilfrid Mistele and Miss Dorothy Hahn with the Intention of spending a holiday at Mr. Mistele's home in Detroit. During the trip Mr. Mistele stated they had a heavy rain storm and as he wished to avoid danger was driving his small sedan car slowly when without warning of bell or lights the interurban car crashed into them as they rounded the curve on to the track. Mr. Mistele swerved to the right and the rear of the sedan was struck. Miss Seibert sitting in the rear seat received the fill force of the impart and died, an hour after the accident The little four year old daughter who was seated on Miss seibert's lap is suffering from Internal injuries. Miss Hahn suffered a fractured skull and is in a serious condition. Mr. and Mrs. Mistele escaped with severe cuts and bruises. The car is a complete wreck
