  KOEBEL, Clarence George On Sunday August 7, 1983 at his home, 36 Main St. N., Bright, Mr. Clarence Koebel aged 74 years, formerly of New Hamburg. Beloved husband of the former Evelyn Arcand and dear father of Rita (Mrs. Vic Feeney) of Waterloo, Ker and his wife Phylis of Konsecon, Bruce and his wife Lucy and Gary and his wife Ruth Ann all of Bright. Also surviving are 18 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, one brother Frank of Waterloo and three sisters Mrs. Catherine Rickert and Genevieve (Mrs. Paul Mattiussi) of Waterloo. He was predeceased by his first wife, the former Emma Vincent in 1979 and his parents, the late Alexander Koebel and the former Helen Forwell. Friends and relatives may call at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home New Hamburg Chapel, 291 Huron St., until Thursday Aug. 11 where prayers will be said at 10:45 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at 11 a.m. at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, New Hamburg with Father V.
