Jacob Miehm, Well Known Blacksmith Died Yesterday
The death occurred at New Hamburg on Tuesday of Jacob Miehm, a well known blacksmith of that town The deceased had been unwell for the last two years and death was result of diabetes.
The late Mr Miehm was born Centreville and was 51 years, at 8 months and 3 days of age. He resided in Centreville up to about ten years ago, when he moved to New Hamburg, where he lived until his death. Mr. Miehm was well known in Berlin and the county.
A widow and seven children. survive. Miss Edna Miehn, an employee of Lang Bros. and Co., is a daughter.
The funeral will be held on Thursday. The remains will he brought to Berlin on the 9.51 train and services will be held at the St. Mary's R. C Church at 10 am Following the church servies, interment will take place to the RC Cemetery.
