- HUBER, Louis John (March 4, 1936 - April 3, 2013)
With tremendous sorrow the family announces the sudden passing of Louis Huber at Grey Bruce Regional Health Centre, at the age of 77. Cherished spouse of ReIla Oberle-Huber, who was by his side at the time of passing. Predeceased by his parents Edward and Corrine. Beloved brother to James (Sandy) of Guelph, Marianne (Rio) Caron of Waterloo, Doreen (Stan) Martin of Scottsville, Arizona, and Susan Davis of Kitchener. Loving father to Debra (Ken) Musselman, Kim (Marlene) Oberle, Sally (Glenn) Yanke and Stephanie (Tony) Boppre. Beloved Grandpa to Kristine (Don) Mosburger, Jill (Tony) Cudney, Michael Musselman, Sara and Adam Yanke, Chantelle and Michelle Boppre. Great-grandpa to Kassity, Kaleb, Jackson, Logan and uncle to many nieces and nephews. He was a lover of the outdoors; gardening, fishing, and hunting were his passion. He could always look up past weather and events in his extensive journals faithfully kept over the years. The family is eternally grateful for the special care that Lou received from the Doctors, Nurses and volunteers at the Wiarton and Grey-Bruce Hospitals. As an expression of sympathy, donations can be made to the Owen Sound Regional Hospital Foundation or Wiarton Hospital and will be accepted through Grey Bruce Cremation and Burial Services 1-877-991-9995. According to Lou's wishes no visitation is planned, cremation has taken place. A private family get together will take place at a future date to celebrate Lou's life.
May he rest in Peace.
