Notes |
- ADAM BERLET. About as neat and inviting a grocery store and ice. cream parlor as one could wish to enter, is that conducted by Mr. Adam Berlet. A glance is sufficient to show that Mr. Berlet has a place for everything and everything in its place. While his stock of groceries is not large, yet it is carefully selected and fresh. The confectionery department is replete with all candies that the lover of sweet meats can desire. He also deals in fruits, lie has the leading ice cream parlor a cosily furnished inviting apartment where all through the season the choicest of ice cream, sodas, etc., in all the leading flavors are served. in the two years Mr. Berlet has occupied this store, he has "made things go." Mr. Berlet has accomplished much by being obliging and genial and paying close attention to business.
