- JANTZI, Leslie \endash At his residence, 207 Heward Ave., Toronto, as the result of a heart attack, on July 11, 1973, Leslie Jantzi, born in New Hamburg, June 14, 1910, age 63 years, a Toronto resident for the past 35 years, employed as a garage mechanic; son of Mattie Schwartzentruber of 128 Jacob St., New Hamburg and the late Jonas B. Jantzi Sr.; predeceased by his wife the former Mary (Helen) Moore on June 10, 1973; father of Brian and Maureen, both of Toronto; brother of Jonas Jantzi of Kitchener, Martha Jantzi and Grace ( Mrs. Clayton Nauman), both of New Hamburg; predeceased by a brother Earl in World War Two; one grandchild also survives.
Funeral Service was held July 14 at 8 p.m. from Washington Johnston Chapel. Interment Pine Hills cemetery, Toronto.
