  CHESTER, MARY (Nee Reeves) A former Hespeler woman, at her home in Santa Monica, CA, on Tuesday, July 23, 1968, in her 92nd year. Born April 6, 1877, she was the daughter of the late Capel Reeves and Agnes Fyfe. She resided in California since 1932, when her husband, Tom died. Previous to that she had lived in Montana. Survived by one brother, Robert Reeves of Hespeler and one sister, Elizabeth Reeves of Santa Monica, CA. Mrs. Fyfe's body was buried on Fri. , July 26 at 2 in Hespeler Cemetery. Rev. Wilfred Fearn of St. Luke's United Church officiated at the service at the Nelson-Stager Funeral Home. Pallbearers: James Brown, Gardner Einwechter, William Reeves, Gordon Klager, Horace Shaw and John Gowing. -Information from the marriage certificate: Mary Fyfe Reeve, born in Puslinch c. 1878 married Thomas Chester, born in Puslinch c. 1872, son of Benjamin Chester and Catherine Hammett on Feb. 4, 1914.
