  BOWMAN, David L. - On Thursday, Aug. 19, 2004, at Palmerston and District Hospital, David L. Bowman, in his 87th year, of RR 2, Drayton. Husband of the late Susannah (Bauman) Bowman (1989). Father of Velina and Alvin Brubacher of RR 1, Elora, Joseph and Elsie Bowman and Salome Bowman, all of RR 2, Drayton. Also remembered by his 13 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Brother of Elam and Velina Bowman of RR 1, Wallenstein, Lucinda and Mahlon Martin of Floradale and Clayton and Delila Bowman of Elmira.Predeceased by his parents, John and Annie (Lichty) Bowman; 3 sisters, one brother and one brother in infancy.Friends may call at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira today (Friday) from 2-9 p.m. Family service will be held at the home of Joseph Bowman, RR 2, Drayton, on Saturday morning at 9: 30 a.m. then to Goshen Mennonite Meeting house for further public service and burial in the adjoining cemetery.
