  Peacefully on Wednesday, June 2, 2004, at the Heritage Home in St. Jacobs, Ruby Emilie (Doering) Hoffman, formerly of R.R. 3, Wellesley. Ruby was born in North Easthope Township 95 years ago. Daughter of the late Henry Doering and the late Emma Hoerle. Ruby attended St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Wellesley. Dear mother of Lloyd and his wife Ruth Hoffman of Wellesley. Mother-in-law of Lynne Hoffman of Breslau. Dear sister of Kathleen (Kay) Hofstetter of New Hamburg. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Carolyn, Robert and Ronda, Shirley and Darrell, Stacy and Matt. Great-Grandma of Kari, Cindy and Mark, Scott and Jodie Jill and John and Jeff. Also remembered by six great-great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband Harvey W.J. Hoffman August 16, 1980, and by her son Franklin Hoffman in 1999, also by three brothers, Eldon, Andrew and Emmerson and one sister Eva and by a great-grandson Trevor and great-granddaughter Ginger.
