- Herbert Dunbrook - Herbert Dunbrook of 251 Ottawa St. N. died at St. Mary's Hospital Wednesday after a lengthy illness. He was 66. Born Sept. 8, 1904, in Kitchener, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Dunbrook. A life-long resident of Kitchener, he was a shoe salesman for Herb Dunbrook Shoe Store for 50 years. He was a member of Sacred Heart RC Church. Surviving are his wife, the former Shirley Baetz; two daughters, Mrs. Alec (Carolyn) Spetko of Kitchener, and Mrs. Eric (Rhonda) Bell of Mississauga; eight brothers, Emil, Joseph, Emmerson, Alex, Jerome (Pat), Randolph, and Harold, all of Kitchener, and Charles (Carl) of Toronto; and two sisters, Mrs. Jack (Verna) Willson and Mrs. Ernie (June) Kieswetter, both of Kitchener. He was predeceased by two brothers, William and Edward. The body is at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home where prayers will be said Saturday at 9: 30 a.m. Removal will be made to Sacred Heart RC Church where requiem mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. by Rev. Edward Lapinski. Burial in Parkview cemetery, Waterloo.
