  South Shore friends have been advised of the death of Mr. Edmund Sitzer, a former Codington county resident, at the home of his son in Fruita, Colorado. Death had come suddenly from heart failure, altho the old gentleman had not been in the best of health for a year or two past. He was one of the pioneer residents of Waverly and Rauville townships and enjoyed a large, acquaintance thrucut[sp] the county which he traversed a good deal in following his profession as auctioneer.
