  Charles Norman By Record Correspondent WELLESLEY Charles Norman, 86, of Wellesley died Monday at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, following a lengthy illness. He was born in Lebanon and came to Canada many years ago. He operated a general store at Nithburg from 1914 to 1933, and later farmed in North Easthope until retiring in 1960. Surviving are his wife, the former Harriet Erb, whom he married at Stratford in 1913; seven sons, Wilfred of Downsview, Stanley and Joseph of RR 2, Wellesley, Harold and Ralph of Kitchener, Leonard of Buffalo, N.Y. and Richard of Galt: five daughters, Mrs. Alfred (Evelyn) Bassam and Mrs. Kenneth, (Mary) Salzman, both of Kitchener, Mrs. Otto (Miriam Zettel and Mrs. Albert (Violet) Stroh, both of Wellesley, Mrs. Robert (Harriet) Allinghan of Clarkson, two brothers and two sisters in Lebanon, and 36 grandchildren and two great- grandchildren. One son predeceased him. The body is at the Futher Brothers Funeral Home, Wellesley, where the funeral service will be conducted Thursday at 2:30 p.m. Interment will be in Hampstead United Church cemetery. Rev.
