- David John Black of 118 Shanley Street, widower, who died at noon yesterday in his 77th year, was born Oct. 28, 1867, at Grand Valley, Ont., was employed by the C.N.R. for 25 years and attended Benton Street Baptist Church. He was the son of the late Samuel Black and Jane Alexander. His wife's name was Kathrine Ziegler. Mrs. Rozel Wray of Kitchener is the only survivor. Public funeral services will be held tomorrow at 2:30 o'clock from the Schreiter- Sandrock Funeral Home, where the remains are now resting, with interment in Woodland Cemetery. Rev. E. H. Thamer will officiate.
