  Mrs. Catherine B. Black The death occurred yesterday afternoon at the K-W Hospital at 5 o'clock of Catherine Barbara, wife of David J. Black, 118 Shanley street. She was in her 65th year. Mrs. Black, who was born in Arthur, Nov. 25, 1867, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Ziegler, was married in that place in 1889 to David J. Black. She was a member of St. John's Anglican Church. Her husband, two children, James A., city, and Mrs. George Wray, also city, survive with three brothers, three sisters and five grandchildren. One daughter, Nursing Sister Daisy, predeceased her in 1930. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at the home at 3 o'clock and at St. John's Anglican Church at 2.30. Burial will be made in Woodland Cemetery. Rev. H. M. Lang-Ford will be in charge. Kitchener Daily Record, December 29, 1931
