- Passed away peacefully at the Grand River Hospital, K-W Health Centre, Kitchener. Lorraine resided in New Hamburg and was born 68 years ago in Kitchener. Beloved wife of Wayne Roth whom she married August 19, 1967. Loving mother of Brent Roth of Toronto and the late Corey Roth. Dear sister-in-law of Larry & Faye Roth of Kitchener, Charles Kerr of Baden. She was the daughter of the late Howard & Verna (Miller) Hesse and sister of John Hesse of New Hamburg, David Hesse and Janet Van Ee of Kitchener. Missed by a number of nieces and nephews. Lorraine was predeceased by her sister-in-law Mary Kerr. Lorraine was a member of the Christian Centre Singers, and a volunteer with the Wilmot Horticultural Society, Wilmot Agricultural Society and The Community Players. She was an accredited floral designer and a talented toy and card maker. She enjoyed interior and exterior designing. Cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation will take place at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron Street, New Hamburg on Wednesday March 20, 2013 from 7-9 p.m. and again on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.. The service to celebrate Lorraine's life will take place on Friday March 22, 2013 at 2: 00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment in Riverside Cemetery, New Hamburg. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre, Kitchener.
