  Mrs. Louis Paff Mrs. Louis Paff, 82, died on Friday evening in K-W Hospital, Kitchener after a week's illness. A daughter of the late Martin Mohr and the late Margaret Ruppert Mohr, Mrs. Paff was born March 6th, 1868, in North Easthope. Her husband predeceased her Aug 11, 1948. Mrs. Paff was a member of the Lisbon Evangelical United Brethren Church and of the Women's Society of World Service and Ladies' Aid of that church. Surviving are two sons, George and Melvin, Lisbon; a daughter Mrs. Vernate (Ada) Pfeffer, of Kirkfield, and six grandchildren. The funeral was held Tuesday afternoon from the home of her son, Melvin, of Lisbon, to the Lisbon Evangelical U.B. Church where a memorial service was held. Interment was in the church cemetery. Rev. W. H Campbell, pastor, was in charge of the services. New Hamburg Independent, May 12, 1950
