  Connell, Ernest - residence, 142 Henderson Ave., Cambridge, on Friday morning, Nov. 18, 1994, Ernie Connell, in his 87th year. Loved husband of the late Hilda M. (Tabbert) Connell (1988). Dear father of Owen John "Jack" and his wife Norma of Cambridge, Jean and her husband Don Laurence of Cambridge and Mrs. Joan Hicks of Guelph. Ernie is also survived by one sister, Mrs. Helen Shepherd of Cambridge. Also survived by eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother, Gerald in 1938. For many years he was a mechanic employed with Woods Transport of Hespeler. He was a former chairman of the Hespeler Cemetery Board, a member of St. James Lutheran Church and a member of the Happy Harmonica's Band. Resting at the Nelson Funeral Home. 1766 Franklin Blvd.. Cambridge, where the family will receive friends on Sunday afternoon and evening from 2-4 and 7.9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in St. James Lutheran Church, Cambridge, on Monday morning, Nov. 21 at 11 a.m. Interment New Hope Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family. 6
