- DOELLE, Conrad F. Passed away, peacefully, at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, on Monday, February 5, 2001, in his 98th year.
Conrad was born in Hagen Westphalia, Germany, on September 15, 1903. He immigrated to Canada in March of 1924. He was a tool and die maker, retired from Electrohome Ltd., after 36 years of service. Conrad was also a member of Peter's Lutheran Church.
Loving father of Ruth Doelle of Waterloo; brother-in-law of Fred Witte and his wife Mary of Kitchener and Alton Witte and his wife Joyce of Waterloo; also sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.
Conrad was predeceased by his wife, Lilly on July 21, 1997; his parents; four brothers and three sisters. He was the last surviving member of his family.
Friends may call at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo (today) Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. and one hour prior to the funeral service to be held in the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 8, 2001, with Rev. Frank Haggarty officiating. Reception to follow in the Kuntz House at the funeral home. Interment at St. Peter's Cemetery, Kitchener.
