    • Following a brief illness, Daniel Brenneman, 70, of 36 Courtland Ave. East, died yesterday at the K-W Hospital. He was born Nov. 1, 1882, in Perth County a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Brenneman. For 26 years, he was employed as maintenance man at the Weber Chambers until his retirement six years ago. He was a member of the Pentecostal Tabernacle. His marriage to the former Lydia Swartzentruber, who survives, took place in St. Agatha, Feb. 11, 1912. He is also survived by one daughter, Mrs. Elam (Viola) Cressman of Kitchener; two sisters, Mrs. Peter Swartzentruber of Petersburg and Mrs. Menno Wagler of Baden and one grandson. Funeral services will be held Friday at 3 p.m. at the Pentecostal Tabernacle and burial will be in Woodland Cemetery. Rev. G. Greatorex will officiate. The body is at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home until 1 p.m. Friday when removal will be made to the church.
