Notes |
- LISSO, ALBERT
William Lisso received a telegram on Monday, conveying the sad intelligence that his son had been accidentally killed by a fall from an elevator, which he was working on at Saskatoon. He was 32 years old and lived in and around Hespeler until a year ago, when he left for the west, having secured a position. He was a farmer but had followed the building trade for some years. His schooldays were spent at School Section #19, known as the Groh School. His body reached Hespeler on Saturday morning and the funeral left the G. T. R. station at 11 o'clock to Hespeler Cemetery for interment, followed by a large number of friends. Rev. J. L. Small of St. Andrew's Church conducted the service. Miss Ella Lisso of Saskatoon has returned to her home here. - August 13, 1914.
