  SCHLEGEL, Gordon - Of 52 Barbara Cres., after a lengthy illness, at St. Mary's Hospital, Wednesday, May 28, 1975, 75 years of age, a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, a former employee of Krug Furniture and a lifelong resident of Kitchener. Husband of the former Thelma Kampi (Hauck); stepfather of Bob Hauck and Edwin Hauck, both of Kitchener; brother of Mrs. Ruth Reeve of Brampton, Mrs. Dorothy Forler, Carl, all of Kitchener, and Arthur of St. Jacobs; predeceased by his parents Anna and August Schlegel, one stepson Claude Hauck, sisters Alma and Elsie Eichler, brothers Oliver and Wilfred. Rested at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home, Benton at Church Streets, where Rev. F. W. Zinck conducted the funeral service and committal on Saturday at 11 am. Interment Memory Gardens.
