- Mrs. Caroline Litt
After an illness of some weeks, Mrs. Caroline Litt, widow of the late Rev. J. G. Litt, passed away at her home, 91 Snider Street, Waterloo, on Wednesday noon in her 80th year. Her husband predeceased her June 10, 1936.
The funeral service will be held at the Waterloo Emmanuel Evangelical Church at two o'clock on Saturday afternoon with the pastor,
Rev. H. A. Kellerman, officiating. Interment will be made at the Sebringville cemetery.
The late Mrs. Litt was a daughter of the late Rev. and Mrs. J. G. Staebler, and has resided at Waterloo since her husband retired from the ministry some years ago. Surviving are one daughter, Lorna, at home, and two sons, Ralph A. of Toronto and Claire of Los Angeles, Cal.; also two grandchildren, three brothers, John Staebler of Toronto, Moses of Tavistock, and Edward of Portsmouth, Ohio, and three sisters, Mrs. Adeline Burn Toronto. Mrs. Georgina Grenzebach, Buffalo, and Mrs. Catherine Wildfong, Moore field.
The remains will rest at the Ratz end Bechtel Funeral Home, Kitch cner, until one o'clock Saturday afternoon when service will be held.
