  John F. Burke PRESTON— John Frederick Burke, 79, died in Preston Thursday. A native of Preston, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs, Fred Burke. Except for 15 years in Montreal, where he was a representative for a wholesale dry goods firm, he lived all his life in Preston. Surviving are one brother, Harold, and one sister, Mrs. Charlotte Robertson, both of Preston. The body is at the H. K. Stager Funeral Home, Preston, where the funeral will be conducted at 2: 30 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery. Kitchener-Waterloo Record 6 Dec 1957 pg 7
