  Edward Ziegler, 70, died Friday at the home of his son, Howard Ziegler of R.R. 1, West Montrose. He was born November 25, 1884, in Wellesley township, ;on of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Ziegler. He is survived by his wife, the former Ida Friedman of Guelph; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Marie) Inglis and Mrs. Sydney (Margaret) Thomas, both of Guelph; two sons, Howard of R.R. 1, West Montrose and Russell of Conestogo and 11 grandchildren. The body rested at the Dreisinger Funeral Parlor where the rosary was recited Sunday. Removal was made Monday to St. Boniface RC Church, Maryhill, where the funeral mass was celebrated with Rev. Jerome Fischer officiating. Burial took place in the church cemetery.
