  Dorscht, Louis J. - At Sunnyside Home, on Monday, April 10, 1995, after a lengthy illness, Louis Joseph Dorscht, formerly of Shanley Street, Kitchener, aged 83 years. Louis had been employed for Electrohome Ltd. and was a member of Electrohome Quarter Century Club. Husband of the former Violet Simon; father of Janet and her husband Gary Leadston and Diane and her husband Jim Schaller, all of Kitchener; brother of Pauline Koebel and Christian Hause, both of Waterloo and Rose Hummel of Kitchener. Three grandchildren, Sean and David Leadston and Lori Schaller also survive. Predeceased by his parents, Louis Dorscht and Agatha Lorentz; two brothers, Edwin and Jacob and four sisters, Louise Strub, Clara Kahle, Viola Carmichael and Agnes Strub. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, where the funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. Internment will be in Parkview Cemetery. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario may be made as expressions of sympathy. Reception to follow in the Ratz-Bechtel Family Centre. The Record, April 11, 1995
