  MOYER, Robert William (Bob) - Bob passed away peacefully surrounded by family on October 5, 2006 in his 79th year. Beloved husband of June (nee Hiller) Moyer for 55 years. Loving father of Elizabeth (Beth) Brubacher and her husband Murray of B.C., Patricia (Pat) Reesor and her husband John of Peterborough, Jeanette McNeill and her husband John of Scarborough, Julie Moyer of Peterborough and Terri Schulz and her husband Eric of North York. Brother-in-law of Betty Hiller of Waterloo. Brother of Gloria Cressman of Kitchener, Muriel Bauer and her husband Gerry of Waterloo, Jeanne Carroll and her husband Bob of Barrie. Predeceased by parents, Frederick and Laura (nee Shantz) Moyer and his younger brother, Jim (1959). Bob will be greatly missed by his 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Bob lived his entire life in the K-W area and was a member of Grandview Baptist Church. Bob will be remembered as an avid fisherman, a loving family man, a man rich in friendships, a devoted follower of Jesus and a man who celebrated and embraced life with passion. Bob's life will be celebrated by a memorial service in the chapel of the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St. Kitchener (519-749-8476) on Wed. Oct. 11, 2006 at 1 p.m. Pastor John McNeill (Bob's son-in-law) officiating. In Bob's memory, donations to Project 2007 Blessing The Nations (Holly and Nathan Robinson) c/o FEBInternational, Box 457, Guelph, ON N1H 6K9 would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
