  Muriel passed away, aged 91 years, on Friday at St. Mary's Hospital. Predeceased by her husband Gerald Bauer (2009), her daughter Karen McAllister (2009), and her grandson Gregory James Bauer (2013 - Memorial # 127018796). Survived by her children, Gayle Martin (Douglas) of Kitchener, Philip (Helga) of Calgary and Laurie Venton (Mark) of Bradford. Also survived by 11 grandchildren, 7 spouses of grandchildren, 10 great-grandsons and 1 great-granddaughter. Remembered by her sister Jeanne Carroll (Robert), son-in-law Ross McAllister (Sally) and sister-in-law June Moyer. Also predeceased by her parents Frederick and Laura Moyer, brothers James and Robert Moyer and sister Gloria Cressman (Orville). Muriel was a dedicated member of First Baptist Church in Waterloo for more than 75 years. Visitation was held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Thursday June 16 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service was held at First Baptist Church, 306 Erb St W, Waterloo on Friday, June 17, 2016 at 11 a.m. Pastor Robert Snell officiated. Reception followed in the Church Hall. ___________________________ BAUER, Muriel Colleen 1924 - 2016 Passed into the presence of her Lord Jesus, at the age of 91 years, on Friday, June 10, 2016, at St. Mary's Hospital. Muriel was predeceased by her loving husband Gerald Bauer (2009), by her daughter Karen McAllister (2009), and her grandson Gregory Bauer (2013). Dear mother of Gayle and her husband Douglas Martin of Kitchener, Philip and his wife Helga of Calgary and Laurie and her husband Mark Venton of Bradford. Muriel will be sadly missed by her 11 grandchildren, 7 spouses of grandchildren, her 10 great-grandsons and one great-grand- daughter. Fondly remembered by her sister Jeanne Carroll and her husband Robert, her son-in-law Ross McAllister and his wife Sally and her sister-in-law June Moyer. Also predeceased by her parents Frederick and Laura Moyer and brothers James and Robert Moyer and sister Gloria Cressman (Orville). Muriel was a dedicated member of First Baptist Church in Waterloo for more than 75 years.
