  Caroline Margaret Gerbig A resident of Kitchener for the past 70 years, Mrs. Caroline Margaret Gerbig. Wellington St., Kitchener, died Monday, at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Oscar Hopp. She was 76 years old. She was born on Oct. 29, 1867, in Bamberg, a daughter of the late, Mr. and Mrs. Dietrich Liphardt. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church and its Ladies' Aid Society. Her husband, Julius Gerbig, died in 1940. Surviving are one son, Julius, Kitchener, and a daughter, Mrs. Oscar Hopp, a brother, Henry Liphardt of Hamilton, a step-brother, Ezra Taleski of London, Ont., and a sister, Mrs. Conrad Zilliax of Listowel.
