  LEIS, Vanita (Marie) Passed away peacefully, at Caressant Care, in Fergus, on October 7, 2011. Predeceased by her husband Melvin in 2005, son Edward Leis, and son-in-law Justin Collins. Beloved mother of Barbara (Ron) Van Norman, Carol Collins, Nancy (Douglas) Hounsome, Robert, and Jeffrey Leis. Grand-mother of Greg Van Norman, Jennifer Savela, Tracy Michaud, Daisy Collins, Nancy Collins, Scott Hounsome, Bradley Hounsome and Michael Leis. Great-grandmother of Shontelle and Nathan Van Norman, Thomas Savela, Matthew and Samantha Michaud. Mom, we will miss your kindness, sweet smile, and fiery sense of humour. Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo on Wednesday, October 12, 2011 from 1: 00 p.m. to 2: 00 p.m. A procession to Parkview Cemetery with a graveside service will follow.
