    • Louis C. Schrag of 270 Spadina Rd. E. died Tuesday at St. Mary's Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was 83. Mr. Schrag was born in Brantford and was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Schrag. He lived in Kitchener area for 60 years and attended Bethel Baptist Church. Mr. Schrag was a machinist for 20 years at Canadian Blower and Forge Co. Ltd. retiring in 1955. He was a past president of the Senior Citizens of Kitchener. Surviving are one daughter, Violet of Kitchener; three brothers, Rev. Astor and Stanley, both of Edmonton, Alta., and Roland of Georgetown; two sisters, Mrs. William (Naomi) Barrett of St. Petersburg, Fla., and Mrs. Ernest (Nellie) Magee of Victoria, B.C. He was predeceased by his first wife, the former Elizabeth Pulkowsky in 1949, and by his second wife, the former Ethel Musselman in June of this year. He was also predeceased by six brothers and one sister. The body is at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home where the service will be held Friday at 2 p.m. Rev. E. G. Rendle will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Hope cemetery.
