  St. WAECHTER, Edward at Mary's Hospital, on Wednesday, Dec. 20, 1989, 84 years of age. A member of St. Joseph's RC Church and a lifetime member of the Knights of Columbus, Council 1504. Dear husband of Gladys Waechter; uncle of Joyce and her husband Joe Buehner of Owen Sound and Frances and her husband Gerry Hieronimus of Kitchener. Predeceased by two brothers, George and Jerome and one sister in infancy. Visitation at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home and Chapel, 51 Benton at Church St., Kitchen-er, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday (today). Parish prayers, in conjunction with the Knights of Columbus, will be recited Friday evening (tonight) at 8 p.m. Prayers will be offered on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel, followed by the Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph's RC Church at 11 a.m. Father Donald Sanvido officiating. Interment Woodland cemetery. In kindness, donations to St. Joseph's RC Church Building Fund, 148 Madison Ave., Kitchener, N2G 3M6 or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, 550 Parkside Dr., Waterloo, N2L 5V4 would be appreciated.
