  FREY, Lydia (nee Moltzahn) Peacefully passed away with family by her side on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at Barnswallow Place, Elmira at the age of 88. Lydia, beloved wife of Ernest for almost 65 years. Loving mother Kurt (Marcela Saad), Richard (Rosanne), and Linda (Dieter Brandt). Loving Oma of Nathanael, Alayna, Victoria Frey, Erika, Martin, and Adam Brandt. Survived by her sister Martha Jadischke. Predeceased by her parents Albert and Olga Moltzahn, seven infant brothers and sisters, and brother-in-law Edmund Jadischke. Lydia's family will receive relatives and friends from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 8, 2015 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467 and from 9:30 a.m. 10:30 a.m. on Friday, October 9, 2015 at Bethel Evangelical Lutheran Church, 47 Sheldon Ave., Kitchener, where a Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Bethel Evangelical Lutheran Church or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated the family (cards available at the funeral home).
