- Henry Edward Neeb, 64, of 25 Francis St North, died Wednesday at Hospital after an illness of seven weeks.
Born Aug. 21, 1890 in South Hope township, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Neeb. He was a member of St Matthew's Lutheran Church.
Owner of Neeb's Plumbing and Heating for more than 35 years, he operated the largest business of its kind in the Twin Cities in 1929 and 1930.
His wife, the former Bertha Smith, whom he married 39 years ago, survives. Other survivors are a son, Milton Henry of Kitchener; two brothers. Arthur of St. George and Valentine of Kitchener and two sisters, Mrs. Nicholas (Mary) Shaus of Waterloo and Elizabeth of Kitchener. Two grand-children also survive. A brother, George predeceased him. The body is at the Gruhn Funeral Home where the funeral will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery. Rev. Dr. John Schmieder will officiate.
